Laurie May

Laurie May is an Alice-Springs based poet, spoken word performer and poetry educator who writes about poverty perspectives and the interconnectedness of family, time and place. With a background in English Literature and Journalism, Laurie is now the Artistic Director for the Red Dirt Poetry Festival and also works in the music industry.
