Phoebe Grainer is a Djungan woman from Far North Queensland. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 2016. Her performance credits include Saltbush (Insite Arts, 2017), Yellamundle Festival Readings (Moogahlin Performing Arts, 2017), Kill All Men (NIDA, 2016), Scorched (NIDA, 2016), Capricornia (NIDA, 2015) and The Roaring Girl (NIDA, 2015). Phoebe is also a member of Sweatshop: Western Sydney Literacy Movement. She is currently developing a collection of short stories and essays for The Big Black Thing and SBS Life.
