Created by Red Room Poetry, New Shoots celebrates and cultivates poems inspired by plants and place to deepen cultural connections with nature. Stemming from the success of New Shoots NSW, we partnered with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria and Australian Poetry to grow a new garden of poems.

We partnered with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria and Australian Poetry to grow a garden of poems with 10 Victorian poets. They created a series of poems inspired by sites, spores, histories and seeds across the Melbourne gardens.

Outloud Eco!Slam
A spoken word poetry slam competition for Victorian secondary students. Schools develop and perform an original spoken word poetry performance to professional judges.
