You adorn our vivid array of colours,

Flushed with hues of blue, pink and yellow.

Yet you still do nothing when it fades away.

Are we just an embellishment for the Great Blue?

While we sit still nothing's due.

We used to sing a visual choir that was seen through the eyes, but heard through the soul.

For we are the observers, watching as

we become engulfed in this insidious sludge.

A monstrosity of mankind.

We reach to the passion of our heart.

Rogue and unleashed, our free spirits.

Creating such organic shapes of ours.

Within us, fish called us home,

a place of food and comfort.

Flourishing , vibrant and teeming with life.

Now I find our kind dying.

Since you don't want to discuss,

I plead to you, save us.
