A Melting World

A solid giant iceberg,

A ship set sail towards it, 

The iceberg is climate change, 

And the ship is Earth,

How long until they collide?

Climate change is a melting ice-cream,

A drying river,

A leak in a bathtub,

And we are sitting around,

Doing nothing, while the clock is ticking.

We could be reducing climate change,

Using less coal, oil, and gas, using renewable energy,

And saving the Earth,

But we aren't and the clock is ticking.

We are doing nothing,

To try to save the Earth,

While the river drys,

The bathtub leaks,

The ice cream melts,

And the clock ticks.
