All that we can offer

Our oceans should be coated with coral,

Not plastic waste bobbing its head above the calm surface.

Our rainforests should be lush and buzzing with life,

So why are rainforests only stumps abandoned by the beautiful life there once was?

We need to sustain, we need to save, 

For earth is not our slave.

Humans are decreasing our own lifespan without even knowing.

The world needs drastic change.

The world needs drastic help.

Are words all we can offer?
