My shiny violet and purple amethyst
Deep down it was discovered
A new life it now has
A memory of a special someone
A reminder of what one can do
To some people it’s just a rock
But to me it’s much more than a rock
It’s a reminder that I’m not alone
In my bedroom it stays unaccompanied
