As the wind whistles past me washing in the breeze,

I take a seat on the grass, it's as soft as a pillow,

I rest my back on the trunk of a tree, it’s as hard as a rock, but strong,

I listen to the birds chirping and tweeting as they go past,

I look up and see the blue sky as the sun brightens it with joy,

I listen to the birds in the tree rustling and chirping,

The tree rustles its branches

It stares at me as I walk past,

I walk around my backyard I see flowers and their beautiful colour,

How bright they are reminds me of my family,

The rock is still, he stares as I walk past,

Running ruthlessly, I breathe in the fresh air,

The air is as fresh as mint,

I lay down, exhausted

I look up, the sky is as blue as water,

The sun is as yellow as a bright banana, giving energy

I love my backyard because I am surround with nature,

I get up and my back is wet from the watery grass,

I walk past my trees,

The wind stops, still and calm in my backyard.
