Bilbies

There once were many bilbies that roamed across the land

With fluffy fur and great big ears, they fill my heart with warmth and joy

Underground they’re safe and sound

But then came along the cats and foxes

They killed my bilby friends

Now all the bilbies run and hide from all the dangers that come

Threatened by vicious predators, they burrow underground

We need to save the bilbies ‘cause their time is running out

We must now work together to stop the bilbies from dying

Donate to the organizations that support the bilbies to thrive

Or try and keep your cats inside

I don’t want the bilbies to leave, so please just help them stay alive.
