Blue Giant (Blue Whale)

Blue whales whack wondrous waters

with their weathered, worn tail

as they leap majestically from the vast ocean,

disturbing its peaceful surface.

The gentle giants of the sea continue their exploration,

following an invisible pathway

that their ancestors have paved

for hundreds

of years.

Sometimes, when they are

close to shore,

they catch a glimpse of land as they breach,

sharing stories of the tropical forests

as they kiss the sandy beaches covering the land

like a blanket, watching 

the new generation of whales as they

dive playfully out of the clear protected waters 

of their secret bay.
