Bride's Bouquet

The subtle sweet scent pulls in the crowd,
Like magnets, their only goal in life being to attract.
One fragile touch, the rest of the world fades away,
If these flowers are what it takes to forget, I’ll stare all day.
We all gaze in awe, lost in an alluring reality,
For this is the most beautiful posy anyone could ever see.
As soft as cotton, every petal sculpted to flawless perfection,
Who could think to choose such an ideal selection?
The stem is a backbone to the elegant soldiers,
Marching towards the end of their existence.
