Walking through the rainforest, with nature all around,

We see pademelons, kangaroos and a spiderweb.

My dad he says we're almost there,

We see a bridge up ahead.

We are wondering what secrets it may hold,

We hear some rushing water,

We knew it must be a river coming our way,

My dad yells here it is, my daughter.

At the bridge we saw that we were wrong,

It was not only a river, it was a waterfall too.

We took photos of the crystal water,

It was fresh and very blue.

A short while later we saw the sand,

My sister nudges me and says hush,

We can hear the crashing waves,

We race along the path in a rush.

A long line of bushes,

We run down to the ocean to roam,

My shoes come off and I feel the sand between my toes,

I think I am home.
