Chickens

Cluck, cluck, cluck!

The chickens scratch around the ground looking for food.

Finding the food, they eat away.

Checking to see if their eggs have hatched.

A chicken is a bird, all birds have feathers and two wings.

Chickens are as yellow as the sun.

CRACK!!! The chick hatches.

Little, soft, warm, chirping chicks hatch from an egg.

A small hard and round egg comes out of a hen.

Out comes a little chick.
