The summer sun is bright and bold,

Shining down for us to hold,

A time of fun,

In the lake or beach,

As well as a refreshing ice cream,

The sudden change of the summer heat,

Turning to an autumn breeze,

As the autumn trees, shower their leaves,

That were ever so green,

That are now just a crisp brown,

As quick as the swirling wind,

The winter comes in,

Freezing lakes, for us to skate,

Snowflakes drop down like rain,

So we can make snowmen again,

As this freezing time comes to an end,

Out comes spring once again,

The flowers bloom, as the birds sing,

And having lovely honey from the bees,

Until the spring goes back to summer again.
