Coral

Shaped by the force of the great ocean waves,
Forged in the deep blue,
Hidden by sand,
But the sun reflected a glimmer of its beauty straight into my eyes,
And as the ripple of the waves gushing back into the sea,
I picked it up,
It felt rough,
but every dent in this object told a story,
I had to take it.
As I held this coral in my hand,
I felt its power,
So free and unharnessed,
And as I clinched this glorious object,
I held it close to my heart,
And just let the talismatic power,
Sink in,
This is my special object.
This is my coral.
