Drowning in space

Floating in a void, stars blazing in heat, yet I still feel so cold.
Life is nowhere to be seen.
Stars slowly dying and turning into something darker than death.
The universe protects its billions and billions of stars and planets.
Humans are still looking for something new.
But the universe's law: death comes before life.
Stars and planets collide forming something new,
Yet still holding the essence of life.
Floating in a void seemingly bottomless.
Home seems so close, but still so far.
Little dots in the night sky look so small, but are 1000 times larger than our sun.
Space holding the void in his hands with no mercy for life.
I feel sad.
I feel happy.
I feel nothing.
