Dying Ocean

Pollution is killing the world,

Plastic rings around a bird

The otters are getting cold,

The ocean is filling with mold,

Turtles are eating too much plastic,

The changes in our ecosystems are becoming drastic,

Coral is becoming bleached,

All the life is being leeched,

Life is leaving the animals, even our earth and plants,

It’s like us, humans are in a trance,

Oblivious to the havoc that our greed has created,

We have always just waited,

For something to happen but what?

We’re not doing anything while the ocean gets hot,

So we have to try and save the earth,

Because people don’t know what it’s worth.
