Earth

The branches drizzle through the wind
The echoing chirps of the birds in the broad daylight
The trees in flow with the breeze
The narrow river calling to my soul
As my reflection lies in the silver depths of the water
I hear the echoes of animal cries through the trees
The bats lay inverted in the tallest of trees as they
Bathe in the sultry rays of the Sun
The clouds outstretch for the sunlight
As I lay on the delicate grass
The cherry blossoms let out an odour of hope
For our alluring Earth
