Ellie helped me then, she helps me now
and she will help me wherever I go
Ellie is my best friend
and if she were alive
we would talk, laugh, and
act like no-one else was around
Ellie has a dark grey fluffy
cloud-like body
her nose is as long as a tree trunk
her eyes are as round and
smooth as a marble
her eyes are as big as a baby’s hand

I lie in bed every night
when I hear her whispering
secrets to me I feel the rough and
ticklish tongue against my ear
