Flower Bracelet

A bracelet, a jewellery for wear.
Something of the past, given by a friend.
A memory to remember, and treasure with the heart.
Winking in my sight, for many more years to come.

It shimmers and shines, as it shows off its beauty.
Twinkling brightly like a star,
With a blue so deep as the sea.
A silver that sparkles when I place it under the light – an inspection of quality.

I placed it in a box, only having it open for moments,
As it brings back old times, that goes as long as the chain.
Cherishing every moment,
As my eyes move over it once more.
