Fluffy soulmate

My teddy,
Gifted to me when I was three,
Strong and powerful cradled in my arms,
Precious,everlasting,
Until forgotten,

Laid idle, still, lonely
Crept into sight,
Memories flooded back,
Reflecting my life.

Physically changing, but never emotionally,
It has reserved a place in my heart,
And it won't leave till I leave
This wonderful world,
That has given me,
My teddy.
