Fly High

Like a rainbow in the sky, 

a little bird tries to fly,

tackling some toilet paper 

from a nearby skyscraper.

The more you pollute 

the less there will be

of this gouldian finch birdie.

Down at the river

the she-oaks whispered

the last tiny bird has a blister

the bird may be small

but it has a heart with feeling.

So let it survive as it's healing.
