Seated high on the wall,
Good days, bad days, it’s seen it all.
It smiles brighter and more beautiful than dawn,
Though the brush strokes portray an Autumn lawn.

The sea of flowers moving around to fill any space,
Like stars in the night sky trying to get into place.
Whilst the sun peeks through the sky of all shades of pink,
The joy rains down before you can blink.

And before you know it,
Your whole world is lit.
Spreading happiness like wildfire,
The canvas is one to admire.

By the gentle strokes that made it this way,
The flowers can bloom until the very last day.
Vincent Van Gogh with his Starry Night,
My wall has a colourful delight.
