Golden Days, Starlit Nights

With sunlight streaming through the trees, dancing as if trying to tease
Scorching hot summer, some people call it a bummer?
Winter sports out, summer sports in, hottest at 49°C, perfect weather to go for a swim
The air, a warm and fragrant sigh, with eucalyptus, honeyed high
Most people don’t see danger, but here down under, summer's a game-changer
The bush, once lush, now crackles and glows, as fire winds through branches, throes.
So here we linger, bask and roam, in Australia’s warmth, we find our home
Through golden days and starlit nights, summer dances in endless flights.
Each sunset paints the sky in gold,
In this heat, summer stories unfold.
In Australia's heat, where the heart always stays.
