Green Sea Turtle

Speckled, strong flippers, flipping from side to side

Beautiful, big eyes looking around the deep, dark ocean

Powerful shell, protection from predators.

Gliding gracefully through the magic, majestic ocean 

Playing tip with fish through the colourful coral

Wash up with the whitewash on shores of golden sands. 

Plastic, plastic, here it comes, and it’s coming fast 

Hungry turtles gobble it up, mistaking it for jellyfish

Bellies filled with rubbish, no room for food.

Spectacular sea turtles need our help

To grow, glide and play in the sea

Reduce, reuse, recycle is my plea.
