Hawkesbury River

River water rush,

Kangaroos and emus drink,

Humans party,

Meetings take place,

And picnics all round

Fish get caught

Boats sail through

People swim

Storm clouds appear

People go home

And prepare for what is in stock

The rain comes down

The river rises

Houses get flooded

People panic

Rain stops

Water levels drop

People come out 

Start to rebuild
