I feel Mother Earth’s heavy tears,

Lush giants tumble to the ground.

We dull the light,

With all our might.

I hear the whistling of the trees,

Dancing in the breeze.

In another century will I still hear them cry?

Mother Earth watches for endless years,

All she does is shed her tears.

Light seeps into the empty gaps,

I see the days lap.

Why do we watch our home tumble to the ground?

I know we can change that,

But now I need you to hear,

Mother Earth’s heavy tears.
