I remember that...

I remember that,
My first day of school photo, what great memories.
Oh and I remember that one too,
My favourite dinner plate, I ate with it every meal.
Oh and also that one,
Little Miss Snuggles, my favourite stuffed toy from kindy.
I’m gonna miss that,
All the excitement leading up to the first day.
I’m gonna miss that too,
The excitement knowing my plate was special.
And I’m gonna miss that most of all,
The comfort of snuggles held tight right up to my chest.
All my favourite things gone but still remembered.
