My fur is fluffy like the wind
There are not many of us left from the flames, definitely one of my worst years yet
Air too thick to breathe, too grey to see - as grey as me
I am an Australian animal
My fur is like soft grass on a sunny summer day
I cuddle with my baby, hoping I can protect her
As much as the humans protected me,
The charcoal smoke stains my fur
My mum tells me ‘’don't share your eucalyptus with other animals’’ but I always feel bad
Gum leaves have very little energy because I have a very large brain, that's why I sleep all day
15 hours the be exact and eat for 4 and a half
