A kookaburra laughs proudly on a tall leafy Eucalyptus tree.
He waits quietly for his prey.
Hiss! A tiny snake slithers out of a bush.
The kookaburra dives down and attacks the snake and grabs it.
He slowly flies back to the tree to eat his meal.
Another kookaburra comes flying out of a dried brown bush.
She has a tiny rodent in her long beak. She chews gently on the delicious rodent.
The male flies in the in the bright, blue sky. He shows his royal blue feathers shining next to the sun.
The female flies far away to rest on another tree.
The female finds a warm and wide tree hollow and nests in it. She rests and falls asleep.
She then flies up in the sky and starts begging for food like a chick.
The male then finds food and gives the lizard to the female. That's how they mate.
