This is a tree that lives in the open.
On mountains, in grasslands
In sunshine they fight

The shadows are dark like a black clouds storming
The raindrops are shining and spiderwebs crawling
Jacarandas are shedding the shades of blue
Playing and flying like lorikeets do

The branches are long, touching the sky
The leaves at the top are floating up high
Freedom and floating, Feeling like falling
Sunshine on leaves with raindrops of dew

Jumping little creatures crawling through the grass
caterpillars sliding rapping a cocoon
Feeding through what they can find
In a forest of green deep dark greens.
