Little Ones

Your eyes
Are so deep
In thought
Of the world around you
Your feet so smooth and soft
Warm and small
Little ones if tomorrow darkness falls over one
I would sink
Into a world of sadness
You so round like a potato
Your fur so soft so smooth.
Your tiny toes
Your tiny feet
Your small arms
And your tiny nose
Together
Will be forever
My little ones
