My Beach

The sea turtles crashing in the rolling waves,
Stomping up the sand to their nests.
The birds are chirping, a whistling sound.
Walking along the water,
Tide pools in the sand.
Rocks in the shallow waters.
I see a crab - it pinches me. Ouch!
Licking ice blocks, yum.
Laying in the sand feeling sand in my fingertips.
Getting sunburnt in the warm sun.
Seaweed flowing with the waves.
Fish swimming through the seaweed.
Kids playing in the warm water - boogieboarding.
Putting sunscreen on.
Playing footy on the sand.                                           
Sunset is gazing over me,
Purple heaven sky like an angel.
The water is getting cold.
Peaceful.
