My Birdington

My fairy wren will always be there for me.
Birdington is my oldest toy
He is a comforter, a timeless friend.
I know that he will never leave me
No matter what I do or say.
When my blue wren sings all my worries wash away.
He brings back happy memories of when I was younger.
My fluffy wren is larger than life.
He is as comforting as a hug or an arm around your shoulder.
I still remember the rush of happiness I felt when I found him at the shops.
I don't know what I would do if anything happened to him.
My beautiful blue Birdington has been with me for many years.
My fairy wren has a floppy tail, a faded head and piercing yellow eyes.
He sits with all my other toys, knowing that I will come if I need him
And protects me from the dangers of the night.
Ever since I got him my favourite creature has been a blue wren.
My fairy wren will always be there.
