When I was little my grandmother gave it to me
When I first saw it I was in awe
Gold chains looped together sparkle in the sun light
It feels as smooth as a velvet gown.

The golden sun-like shade is wrapped around my wrist
The colour of the rings shine off each other
It’s delicate patterns imprinted in gold
All I can here is it jingle as I walk, clink, clink.

My bracelet is precious,
It means a lot to me.
With many meanings,
I will never be gloomy.
