My Charmed Bracelet

Dangling from my wrist,
It glimmers in the blinding light,
Each charm clings onto the bracelet.

Reminds me of memories with my best friend,
I remember her giving it to me for Christmas.
I stare at each charm,
Memories wriggling on my wrist.

A fish, a bear, a frog, a ram,
All sitting there watching the day go by,
Regularly spinning around the carousel.
