My Companion

He is like my toy,
He is soft and cuddly.
Like a teddy bear with green eyes,
He is as white as snow with honey eyelids.
He is as small as an adult’s hand,
When I play with him he licks me in the cheek
and stares back at me.
I’ve had him only three weeks,
He is my real companion.
He is my friend I play with him a lot,
He gives cuddles and he is really cuddly.
When I call his name he comes to me,
Like wind dashing past everyone.
He is always there to comfort me when I cry,
He is my puppy Pico.
