My Green and Blue Sound Maker

Blue and Green,
It has one shape on it.
When I twist it makes a sound like "sssss",
Like a puzzle,
From smiggle,
I like to play with it by twisting it,
My third best toy,
Big but not popular like a jackal puzzle.
