Like a wall to hide behind
protecting from the frost,
Hiding what’s underneath.
I don't have to show my face.

The material soft on my skin
holding me cozily,
Pockets to hold my hands
Keeping them warm.

But it's not needed anymore
Spring has started
The flowers have bloomed
And the sun is shining

Confidence rising
Others not caring
The warmth consumes me
No more cold
