My Little Toy Dog

As cute as a baby,
as colourful as a rainbow,
Puppy, precious, perfect.
As smelly as a honey cake
as playful as an iPad
as special as my family
as smooth as a sofa,
Fun, friendly, fabulous.
“Boing, Boing” Oops! I dropped it on the floor.
It sleeps on my bed,
played with me all the time as a baby.
My dog makes me feel happy,
playing with me on holiday,
never stop wiggling
like a free bird flying around.
So quiet every minute and second,
it has four soft feet
as sweet as a lolly;
my birthday present from my grandmother.
