My Lucky Rings

Everyday I wear this necklace of gold seven rings,
Three of yellow, two of silver, and two of rose.
I have no doubt of the luck that it brings
To me, nor of the special meaning that it holds.

As a gift from my mother, I hold it very dear.
Although its not the first, as I have many others;
This one is different, it's special, and its message is clear -
To be lucky in life to have the love of a mother.
