My Pencil

My pencil, my pencil, where all my ideas start
It is very light weighted, its colour, though, is dark
I use it in writing and maths, and heaps of other subjects
My pencil is quite special, and is my special artifact
It is special cause’ it’s where my career in writing started
Most people think it’s useless, and so its meaning parted.
