A deep breath, a small step, an unsure look around,

You hear the crunch of leaves as you step on the ground,

The feeling of goosebumps forming on your arm,

A cold cave like this must cause a lot of harm.

You feel eyes of unknown looking at you,

Each step is fear as you pass through.

The forest is not the place you wish to be.

All these noises come from an untold that you can’t see.

The weather is appalling and wet,

The clouds fill the sky with gray and white,

It rains all day and thunders all night.

Your heart is racing at lightning speed.

Your mouth opens with fear,

Your ear-piercing scream is all you hear.
