When I kick the ball
The grass swishes through the wind
The soft grass on my boot
As it sways side to side
When I feel the grass it feels calm
When the leaves fall from the trees
Water floating in the distance
And the birds flying past
And the frogs ribbitting
The trees are like the statue
Sometimes everything is still
The shining bright sun in the sky
Some trees can be big
Some trees can be small
I can see the ants crawling across my skin
The butterflies flying around the sun
And the short-cut grass
I see the big blue sky
Outside is where I belong.
