nature poem

When I look at the grass so green,
The blades so fine and lean.
The birds chirping in the distance
The sound of life and existence.
When I look up into the sky,
I wonder, will I ever reach so high,
Clouds as white as snow,
Making figures which nobody knows
Just like sand on a beach
The sun the same color as a peach.
Waves breaking against the rocks,
Until life itself comes to a stop.
Mountains reach for the end of the sky,
Where eagles soar and rivers lie.
Meadows dressed in bloom so fine,
Underneath the warm sun's shine.
The moon and stars in the nightly dome,
Guide our way, wherever we may roam.
Nature's beauty a treasure untold,
A number of wonders for all to behold.
