As I walk with my hands in my pocket
and pass through the meadows so wide,
Full of blooming lillies and roses
Next to the river’s wild tide

I watch every bird and beast,
The swaying branches so far away,
I look at the squirrels pass
With nuts in their arms so gay,

The snow-capped huge grim mountains
Surrounding this heavenly place,
Look upon me wherever I go,
Walking through the meadows with grace

The birds flying above me
Spreading their beautiful wings,
Their beautifully voiced songs
Merrily in my ears ring

These wonderful sights they charm me
And I’m happy and my thoughts don’t waver,
With all of nature around me
I want to live in this place forever
