Necklace

I took the small dull box upstairs to my room,
And placed the little dull box among my bright colored desk,
I gently lifted the lid and the shine from the object brightened my room,
the shine blinded me for a second
I looked back at object and there it was, sitting there,
I took the small cross necklace out,
it was as smooth as glass, the pattern was zigzagged and shiny,
I put the necklace around my neck,
that was 2 years ago and I wear it to this day.
