Birak:
Fledglings leave the nest,
in to the hot, dusty world,
season of the young.

Bunuru:
Flowers emerging,
the hottest time of the year,
the second summer.

Djeron
Cooler nights coming,
the season of adulthood,
the rain is welcomed.

Makuru
The rain falls with no,
limits, it is time to breed,
waterways are full.

Djilba
Time of transition,
spring flowers are abundant,
the young are now free.

Kambarang
Young birds sing for food,
an explosion of colour,
the weather heats up.
