Oh the Sounds

Leaves rustle in the wind

As each new day begins

Birds chirp and sing along

To the morning sunrise song

Dogs bark, cats meow

The wind says sh sh sh

Lions roar and stomp

Branches go crack

Mud goes squish

Ducks quack and splash

Snakes hiss in the warm summer sun

Kangaroos pound the ground as they run

Owls hoot at the bright moon

Bees hum in the flower gathering nectar

Possums scratch and scratch in the night

Lightning makes thunder bang

Rain drops plop in the puddles

Cockatoos screech in the trees

Cheetahs rustle the grass when they sneak

Monkeys bite the delicious juicy fruit
