Our Future

Think of the endangered

Think of big cats, of elephants, of pandas

Think of trees, of plants, of earth

Think of what life would be,

Without our sacred animals and trees.

Life without care, or recognition is not a feeling anyone should want to experience.

We need to take responsibility

We need to take charge, of what we have done

To the lands and lives we have destroyed 

Merely to fill our desires

But this is the future

And that was the past

There is still room for change.
